How to Order
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our products and click on any items that you wish to buy or go for searching the product according to keywords, categories or price range and put them into your shopping cart or wish list.
After you have finished your selection, Click on "checkout" and you will be asked for account details, that we will need to satisfy the order.
Uploading Your Photo for Personalised Crystals
The quality of your engraved crystal is completely depend on the quality of your photo. We strongly recommend that you take a minute to review "Turn your photos into surprises" to ensure that the photo you send to us is of the highest quality and in the proper format.
Once you are ready to order, you have three easy options for sending your photo to us:
Electronic Upload
Simply sign in or register with us, proceed to "Turn your photos into surprises", and upload your photo(s). Your photos will be available for selection on items which require an uploaded photo. Once you have uploaded a photo, we keep it on file until you decide to delete it.
Email Attachment
You may simply email your photo files to us at info@crystalgiftmarket.com . Please send one photo file per email and include your name, and telephone number in each email so we can contact you and ensure that your files are properly matched to your order items.
Physical Delivery
Finally, you may send your files on CD or DVD to us via the Postal Service or any of the express package carriers. If you choose this option, please copy your files onto a CD or DVD, enclose it in a sturdy CD mailer, and send it to us.
Please include your name, and telephone number. When we receive your shipment, we will immediately begin the production process.
Volume Discounts
Volume discounts are available based on the number of pieces ordered. Please contact our sales person for a specific price related to your volume and design needs. Special orders require a 50 percent down payment upon ordering.
Payment Method
- We accept Visa and Mastercard. Due to different fee arrangements, we are sorry we do not accept American Express or Discover at this time.
- We accept debit and credit card payments via Paypal.
- IMPORTANT! your credit card will be billed under the name of "Crystal Mirage Pvt. Ltd"
- If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please E-mail your order selection to info@crystalgiftmarket.com and we will issue you with a order allocation number and instructions on how to proceed with the order.
- We will notify you via e-mail if we have any problem processing your order (e.g. item availability, declined credit card, problems with address verification)
- As is common in all online purchases, your credit card will be issue a 'hold' for the purchase amount when you place your order. We will only charge your credit card when we ship and the 'hold' will be cleared by your bank. There may be some instances when the 'hold' remains on your bank's electronic records for a day or two. Please do not worry because it is just a time gap in electronic payment processing. The 'hold' will always be cleared. This 'double records' only shows on your electronic records and never on the final credit card statement. We have never 'double charge' and have safeguard system in place which prevent us from doing so.
