Our Dedication to Delivery

We are experienced in packaging and shipping fragile items and have done everything to ensure that your items arrive safely at their destination. Even with these precautions, we do realize that damages do occur during shipment.  If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at our Toll Free Customer Care number 1800 222 110, and we will gladly take care of you with a replacement.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending upon the weight of item that you order. Therefore the final charge will be calculated upon the contents of your shopping basket at point of check-out. Local Postal charges are capped at INR 100.00 per order multiplied into quantities.

 

Shipping

Most items are shipped via FedEx Express / Trackon Couriers company overnight. All orders must be signed for upon receipt. Please enter a note on your e-commerce order if you would like a neighbor to take delivery.

 

Delivery Surcharges

The above pricing is for Indian Mainland only. Certain offshore and outlying post codes will incur a small surcharge, you will be notified if this is the case following receipt of your order.

 

Inspection of Consignment

Please inspect the outer packaging and the contents of all parcels before signing the carrier's delivery note. If any part of your order is defective or missing, please reflect this on the carrier's note eg., "damaged in transit". Please do not accept any parcel without checking. The signature on the carrier's delivery note "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damaged goods.

 

Return Policy

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

                           Personalised Crystals cannot be returned in any case whatsoever except damaged in transit.

                           For other crystals, we guarantee your total satisfaction or we'll refund your purchase price (minus S&H).

                           If item has not been opened, you may return the merchandise within 7 days. We will refund your total purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and minimum INR 150 for local postage or applicable shipping charges. We will not accept any returns after 7 days. No Exceptions.

                       A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. All return requests must be sent within 7 days of receiving your    order.

                                 Returned items must be received by us within 30 days once authorized.

                                 Returned item must be in its original condition and packaging.

                                 Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

                                 Re-shipping postage applies for all exchanges.

 

Here are some important & helpful guidelines on Returns -

                                 Always email us first if you have a problem on info@crystalgiftmarket.com

                                 Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question

                                 Never send back a item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.

                                 Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

                                 Always return your items using registered airmail / courier who provide proof of delivery.

                                 Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.

                                 Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from you end, and with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

                                 We will examine the crystals you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.

                                 As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send thru reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

                                 Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale

 

 

Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier -

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that we may pursue them.
