The final resting place for \'Gharib-Nawaz\', is located in Ajmer. People of all religions visit the Dargah of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti. The Khwaja left for heavenly abode in 1256 AD after a six day prayer in seclusion. His paternal genealogy is related to Hazrat lmam Hussain (A.S.) and that of his matemal to Hazrat Imam Hassan (A. S.) and thus he is a direct descendant of Prophet Hazrat Mohammad (S.A.W.) The shrine (Dargah) is considered to be a place of wish fulfillment for those who pray with devout and pure hearts.
